State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Assam has published a job notification for the recruitment of 17 Asstt. Squad Commander and Driver (Operator) Vacancy in Fire & Emergency Services, Assam. Interested and eligible candidates can apply here.

1. Asstt. Squad Commander

Educational Qualification: Class 12th passed or equivalent (Science) having Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized Board or Council. The candidates must have obtained pass marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) of 10+2 (Science) examination to apply for the post.
Salary: Rs.14,000-60,500/- (Pay Band II), with Grade pay of Rs.6,200/- and other admissible allowances.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be between 20 years and 24 years as on 1st January 2022 ( i.e., Candidate must be born on or before 01/01/2002 and on or after 01/01/1998).
2. Driver (Operator)
No of posts: 12 posts

OBC/MOBC: 03 posts
SC: 01 post
ST (P): 01 post
Educational Qualification: Class 8th passed and must possess a valid driving license for HMV (Heavy Motor Vehicles) from recognized Authority (Assam State only).
Salary: Rs.14,000-60,500/- (Pay Band II), with Grade pay of Rs.5,000/- and other admissible allowances.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age should be between 18 years and 25 years as on 1st January 2022. ( i.e., Candidate must be born on or before 01/01/2004 and on or after 01/01/1997).
Some Requirements Criteria for Fire & Emergency Services Assam:
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent residents of Assam. Selected candidates will have to submit proof of residence /Domicile Certificate after the publication of the final select list. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC/MOBC are exempted from submitting such certificates.
Employment Exchange: Candidates must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
