1. Consultant (Family Planning)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Community Medicine from a Govt. recognized Medical College.
* 5 years post qualification work experience in public health or health administration.
* Computer proficiency –MS Office
* High proficiency in written and spoken English and Assamese.
Age Limit: Up to 65 Years as on 31st December 2022.
Remuneration: Rs. 65,000/- (Negotiable)
2. State Programme Officer (NCD)
No of posts: 1
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* MBBS with a minimum of 10 years post qualification working experience in health programs.
* Candidates having added qualifications like Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ DNB in
Preventive & Social Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MBA (Health Care Administration) will be preferred.
* Candidates must have the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment and should be able to plan, implement and evaluate large health programs.
* High proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skills.
* The person will have to travel extensively to different parts of the state.
* Computer Proficiency: 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 65 Years as on 31st December 2022.
Remuneration:
* MBBS: Rs. 50,000/- (Negotiable)
* Specialist: Rs. 65,000/- (Negotiable)
3. Addl. Consultant (MH)
No of posts: 2
Educational Qualification & Experience:
* Any Medical Graduate with Post Graduate training in OB&GY or Community Medicine / Public Health.
* At least 3 (three) years post qualification work experience in working for RMNCH interventions and at least 3 (three) years field experience in MCH program/ Project management at state / regional level, with professional knowledge of Reproductive, maternal, neonatal, and child health.
* Familiarity with theory and practical applications and essentials of maternal health.
* Experience in planning and management of Health sector/ RCH programs
* Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment with strong facilitation skills, ability to analyze reports, plan and monitor projects
* Computer proficiency- 6 months /1 Year Diploma/ Certificate Course preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 65Years as on 31st December 2021.

4. Programme Executive

Educational Qualification & Experience:
* Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Health Management or Public Health Management from Govt. recognized institute.
* Computer proficiency: MS Office
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English are essential.
* Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field or health care will be preferred.
