Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM)

1. Project Manager (Social Development, Knowledge Management & Communication) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 49,000/- per month Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree Experience: 5+ years post-Educational Qualification experience in the social/ community development sector out of which 1 year should be in Knowledge Management & Communication.

2. Project Manager (Non-Farm Livelihoods) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 49,000/- per month Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree Experience: 5+ years post Educational Qualification relevant experience in the social/community development sector, out of which at least I year should be in Non-Farm Livelihoods.

3. Project Manager (HR) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 49,000/- per month Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree. Experience: 5+ years post Educational Qualification experience in the Social/ Community development sector out of which at least 1 year should be in HR management. OR 5+ years post Educational Qualification experience in HR management.

4. Project Executive (Management Information System) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 42,000/- per month Educational Qualification: MCA/ MSc-IT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science. Experience: 3+ years post-Educational Qualification experience in MIS-related works in Govt./Private sector. Candidates with experience in documentation, reporting, data analysis, and online monitoring activities in Social/ Community Development projects, and working knowledge of data management software will be given preference.

5. Project Executive (Monitoring & Evaluation) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 42,000/- per month Educational Qualification: MCA/ MSc-IT or BE- Computer Science/ B. Tech Computer Science. Experience: 3+ years post-Educational Qualification experience in MIS-related works in Govt./Private sector. 1. Project Manager (Livelihoods Training & Capacity Building) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 49,000/- per month. Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture/ Agribusiness Management/ Rural Management/ Rural Marketing/ Social Sciences. Experience: Minimum 5 years Post Educational Qualification Experience in a large size livelihood development project or in a reputed industry at the middle management level, responsible for the development of training materials, manuals for Staff, community resource persons, and community for livelihoods activities, of which minimum of 3 years should be in development and implementation of training and capacity building programs.

3. Young Professional (State) No of Posts: 01 Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month. Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate degree in Rural Development Management Master in Social work. Experience: 0-2 years post Educational Qualification experience.
