Assam Direct Recruitment Grade 3 syllabus
The State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has released the details of the official syllabus and examination for Class III recruitment. State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-Ill Posts notifies the following details regarding examinations for the Posts/categories of Posts of Class-III.
Assam Direct Recruitment 2022 Grade/Class-III exam date
For Grade/Class-III Recruitment:
- No of Posts: 13,141 Posts
- Date of Exam: 28/08/2022
No. of Exams: There will be two examinations on the same day, one for the post/post category for studying up to HSSLC OR Equivalent and the other for the post/post category for Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree with computer certificate/diploma.

Name of Subjects: The subjects for both the categories of examinations are separate to be conducted for HSSLC Posts and Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree with computer certificate/diploma.
For HSSLC or equivalent
1. Social Studies/Social Science
2. General Knowledge
3. General Mathematics (Class X standard)
4. Mental Ability and Logical Reasoning
5. General English.
For Bachelor’s Degree with computer certificate/diploma
1. Social Studies/Social Science
2. General Knowledge
3. Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude
4. Reading Comprehension and Language
5. General Mathematics (Class X standard)
6. General English.
Syllabus Types of Assam Direct Recruitment 2022 for Grade-3
For HSSLC or equivalent
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
No of Questions: 100 MCQs
Total Marks: 150 Marks
Mark Carrying: 1.5 marks for each question
Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes (10 AM to 12 PM)
Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for an interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2.
For Bachelor Degree and Bachelor Degree with Computer certificate/diploma
Type of Questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
No of Questions: 100 MCQs
Total Marks: 170 Marks
Mark Carrying: 1.7 marks for each question
Duration of Exam: 120 Minutes (2 PM to 4 PM)
Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking.
Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for a computer proficiency test/an interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2.
Other Details of Assam Direct Recruitment 2022 Grade-3 Syllabus PDF
The selection of candidates for inviting them for computer proficiency test/skill test/interview will be in the ratio of 1:2. Candidates scoring identical marks in the written examination will be invited for appearing in the proficiency test/skill test/interview, irrespective of the ratio mentioned.
The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for a computer proficiency test/skill test/interview.
The detailed SOPs for the conduct of written examinations for maintaining order and discipline shall be issued separately by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA)
The examination for the posts with the minimum required qualification of HSLC (Driver) will be held separately, the details of which will be notified later.
