Educational Qualification:
a. The candidate must have passed HSLC Examination or equivalent examination from any
central or state recognized Boards.
b. The candidate must have passed 6(Six) months “Recorders Certificate Class Course
Training” from the Assam Survey and Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati.
c. The candidate must possess a minimum of 6(six) months of Diploma in Computer Application
form a Govt. Recognized Institute.
d. The candidates must have knowledge of English and Assamese Typing.
Age Limit: Candidate can apply from a minimum age of 18 years to a maximum of 40 years, as on 01-Jan-2022.
Age Relaxation:
- OBC/MOBC Candidates: 03 Years
- SC/ST Candidates: 05 Years
- PWD Candidates: 10 Years
Salary: Rs.14,000 – 60,500 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200 per month and other allowances as admissible under the Rules.

The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara. The application should be sent either through the post or delivered by hand in the drop box kept for the purpose in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Goalpara, PO: Baladmari, PIN No.: 783121. Post applied for shall be superscribed on the sealed envelope.

- Self-attested copies of all Certificates / Mark Sheets in support of educational qualifications, 6(six) months of RCCC training passed certificate and other required qualifications.
- Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
- 3 (three) copies of Self Attested Recent Coloured Passport Size Photographs one of which should be pasted on the Application Form.
