Pay Scale: Pay Band-2, Rs.14,000 – Rs.60,500 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6,200

Educational Qualification: A candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or any examination declared equivalent by the Govt. Moreover, the candidate must possess knowledge of computer as specified below:-

(A) Candidate must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent) of any operating system i.e. MS Windows Linux Mac etc. such as,

Educational Qualification: HSLC or equivalent examination with 2 years of ITI Diploma in Electrical from any recognized Institute of Govt. of Assam.

4. Grade IV

No of posts: 507 [Unreserved: 247, OBC/MOBC: 174, SC: 42, ST (H): 45, ST (P): 61, EWS: 90 ]

Pay Scale: Pay Band-1, Rs.12,000 – Rs.52,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 3,900

Educational Qualification: A candidate should be Class VIII passed from any recognized Educational Institutes and the candidate must produce the Certificate of VIII pass from the School Authority they had attended with due Seal and Signature of the authority.

 

Other Criteria of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Recruitment

Citizenship: Candidates must be citizens of India within the meaning of Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Employment Exchange Registration Certificate: Candidates must produce a Registration Certificate of Employment Exchange (having validity) in the State of Assam along with the application form.

Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must have knowledge of the local language of Assam. [For Grade IV posts.

Age: Candidate should not be more than 40 years and less than 18 years of age as on 1st January 2020.

Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as under:

• i) 03 (three) years in case of candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC.
• ii) 05 (five) years in case of candidates belonging to SC, ST (P) & ST (H).

Application Fee: There are no application fees.

Documents to be upload for Grade III posts

Candidates are required to upload the following documents

i) Certificate of proof of Age Pass Certificate or Admit card of HSLC or equivalent examination).

ii) Certificate/Mark sheet of minimum educational qualification required for the concerned posts.

iii) Minimum 6 Six) months basic computer certificate course of MS Word, MS Excel, internet browsing, etc. from recognized Institute for Junior Assistant HQ) & Junior Assistant Sub-ordinate).

iv) ITI Diploma in Electrical from a recognized Institute of Govt. of Assam for the post of Electrician/Plant Operator.

v) Certificate of caste from the competent authority in respect of the candidates belonging to OBC/MOBC, SC, STP), STH).

vi) EWS certificate from Competent Authority if belong to EWS category.

vii) PWD certificate from Competent Authority if belong to PWD category.

viii) Employment Exchange Registration Card/Certificate.

ix) Passport size photograph.

x) Signature.

Documents to be upload for Grade IV posts

Candidates are required to upload the following documents

i) A latest passport photograph of standard 4.5 X 3.5 cm not exceeding 100 kb.

ii) For candidates who have not appeared in HSLC or equivalent examination, the birth certificate issued by School or other Competent Authority will be accepted. Horoscope or Affidavit In regard to age will not be accepted.

iii) And for candidates appearing HSLC and above, age of proof shall have to be supported by admit card or Pass Certificate of HSLC or equivalent examination.

iv) Educational Qualification Certificate.

v) Scanned Signature within (3.5 cm X 2.5 cm)

vi) Valid Registration Certificate of Employment Exchange within the State of Assam.

vii) Declaration in Form-A.

viii) Copy of EWS certificate issued by Competent Authority.

ix) Caste Certificate (In case of Reserved category candidates).

x) Signature.
