1. Junior Assistant
No of posts: 03 (Three)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Arts/Commerce & Science from any govt. a recognized institution with 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Application.
Age Limit: Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2021.
2. Demonstrator
No of posts: 03 (Three)
Educational Qualification: HSLC passed with 2 (two) years Certificate Course in Handloom/Textile Technology from any recognized Institute under Govt. of Assam or Govt. of India.
Age Limit: Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2021.
3. Sectional Assistant
No. of post: 01 (One)
Educational Qualification: HSLC passed from any Govt. recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2021.
4. Grade-IV (Chowkidar)
No of posts: 02 (Two)
Educational Qualification: Read up to Class-X
Age Limit: Must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2021.
Age Relaxation(for all posts): Upper Age Limit is relaxable –
- 5 (five) years for SC/ST and
- 3 (three) years for OBC/MOBC.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have registered in the employment exchange.

Duly filled up application form must be addressed to the Joint Director, Handloom & Textiles (Hills), Diphu along with Council money receipt of Rs.20/- in case of general category and Rs.10/- for SC/ST(H) candidates.
Self-attested copies of all certificates in support of the following must be submitted along with the application form-

- Proof of Date of Birth
- Caste/Tribe Certificate
- Employment Exchange Registration.
